I was so excited to try Scooter’s. The employees are so professional and I even had to ask to see if the drive thru introduction was really him or recording. It was really the employee. I’ve had the coffee blenders each time and they are great.

Absolutely wonderful coffee and customer service. The lady today conversed with us while we waited and was super sweet. The maple waffle sandwich....recommended

I started stopping here each time I would visit my papa in the hospital. Let me tell you!!! Starbucks has nothing on these guys. Coffee drinks never disappoint. THAT EVERYTHING BAGEL SANDWICH WITH GOUDA 🤤🤤🤤 omg best thing on the menu. Cake pops are always so good. Their employees are always so nice and professional. The guy the speaks in an Irish accent cracks me up. Freaking love this place. Lifetime customer after that sandwich lol

The staff is really friendly. My favorite one is Heidi who is usually taking orders or at the window! The turn around time on getting my order is quick because everyone works so well together. With out a doubt our house only orders the SALTED caramelious but or the carmelious since salted is gone 😭

The peanut butter cup blended coffee was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable for an MTO (made to order) coffee shop/business. I would highly recommend them, especially the peanut butter cup blended coffee (if you like peanut butter, of course). Their prices are slightly higher than sheetz, but their coffee drinks are made a little quicker than sheetz, and they're pretty quick for a drive thru based business. The downside is that they are strictly drive-thru based, so it's hard to purchase drinks if you aren't in a vehicle and you are walking. unlike sheetz, which offers both walk-up and drive-thru options, especially with the sheetz app. This coffee shop only offers drive-thru options currently. I will highly recommend this coffee shop over Starbucks because it's less busy and packed and is more simplistic than Starbucks, which offers hundreds of coffee options, while this shop is more streamlined.

Scooters is my Favorite 🥰, my order is always consistently correct and I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile and conversation. Scooters is my pitbull Princess Coco's favorite place to go for her pup cups and her brothers Brodus and Duke also. You guys are awesome ❤️ Susan

Scooter’s Coffee in Smithfield is hands-down my favorite place to grab coffee in the morning. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and they actually take the time to carry on a conversation with you, which really sets this place apart. The service is consistently great, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. If you’re looking for a spot that starts your day off right, this is it. Highly recommend

Where do I even start! I can NOT say enough great things about Scooters Coffee and their staff! They know you by name, or even by voice, they know your regular drinks, from rain to sunshine they have smiles on their faces, and just an overall happy atmosphere to be around. Josi, Ashley, Caroline,Maylyn are my girls! They legit keep me hyped up, they are so encouraging and remember small details, that encounter daily and it makes my day! I’ve seen a lot of baristas and truly love seeing a lot of them grow as well, from having babies or going off to college. It truly feels like a safe space, I will never go anywhere else. It’s very hard to find happy places to go anymore and people that actually want to be there, but these girls go above and beyond and it shows, they are great individuals and they make a Great team as well. From the infusions, iced coffees to then cinnamon rolls, are phenomenal, but the personal Connections, respect, & love is what brings me back daily! That is truly what MAKES A BUSINESS WORK & SUCCESSFULLY !! 🫶🏻❤️

I go to this Scooters at least once a week, and they are always the most friendly and efficient ladies working in there. Most of the time they take a minute to have a little bit of conversation and so friendly. I'm also obsessed with their burritos and energy drinks.

I was very surprised by the quickness of the drive thru line at 7:30am. Placed order and everyone kept moving! Place was recommended by my son …. He is in Wilmington! Glad I went …. This may be a daily visit!! Would love for them to update their signage…. The muffin I ordered they no longer offer. (It looked really good). The server did not recommend anything else…so I just left with my Carmel Latte.
